ADMISSION SCHEDULE SESSION 2017 – 2018

 Limited vacancies are available in Classes VI to XI
 Admission test shall be held on Jan 28, 2017.
 Application forms shall be available online from 26th to 31st December 2016.
PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION
 The form is to be filled and submitted online
 Printout of online submitted form in PDF format (only on white A4 size sheet) is to be
submitted to School Office for Registration between 10 am and 2 pm from Tuesday, Jan
03, 2017 to Friday, Jan 06, 2017.
 Registration amount of Rs 1500/- is to be paid either by cheque in favour of ‘St. Francis Xavier’s Inter College’
OR in cash.
If payment is being made by cheque, please mention – Form No., Name of the child and class
applied for, at the back.
 Syllabus shall be handed over at the time of submission of the form, in the school.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION:
 Photocopy of Half yearly exam mark sheet of current class.
 Residence Proof.
 One passport size photograph of the child
 Parents’ passport size photograph – one each
